We are sportsman's off Road Vehicle Association of Luce county located in Newberry, Michigan. We are a non-profit organization that was created by ORV/ATV enthusiasts. As ORV enthusiasts we need to work together with the federal, state, and,  local officials. This will allow us to protect what we have to develop new areas to ride and enjoy the outdoors. We promote ORV safety, responsible and courteous riding, along with environmentally friendly trail development and great family fun. S.O.R.V.A.of Luce County has a certified ORV instructor who works closely with Luce County Sheriff's Department to provide an ORV/ATV safety class twice a year.


Your membership does not pay any member of S.O.R.V.A.,but will be applied to enhancing the ability of residents and tourists to enjoy the Luce County area on an ORV/ATV.We hope to educate people about the laws of enjoying our sport to the extent that it will benefit the business owners while not causing environmental damages on public or private land.


Some of the other goals we have are connecting existing trails to one another, applying for grants that would allow us to clean up existing trails with volunteer assistance, and have fun without damaging the environment, federal and state land, and private property.
